She began her career in 2000 as a Chemical Engineer in the lithium mining industry, building a strong technical foundation in resource extraction and processing. Emilia earned her degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany, and later completed her Master’s studies in Finland.
Throughout her career, she has worked internationally across Europe, North America, and Asia, collaborating with leading organizations including BYD, HBL, LG, and Panasonic. Her expertise spans lithium battery development, manufacturing optimization, and the broader electric mobility ecosystem.
Emilia has developed a strong focus on structuring and managing private equity investments in asset-backed energy projects. Her work has involved partnerships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, supporting ventures in lithium battery production, electric vehicle infrastructure, and the transition toward low-carbon energy systems.
Drawing from both technical and financial experience, she has contributed to projects that bridge industrial innovation with sustainable development. Notably, her work includes supporting energy transition initiatives in rural European regions, where localized battery storage and renewable infrastructure play a key role in strengthening energy resilience and economic growth.
