Our Supplier Code of Conduct , which remains a critical step in strengthening the way we work with our suppliers. This isn't just about streamlining a document – it's about enabling us and our suppliers to work side by side with greater transparency and alignment. Clear expectations lead to stronger trust, faster execution, and more resilient relationships across our entire supply chain.

We concisely write in clear bullet points, and designed for action. By simplifying the language, we make it easier for suppliers at every level to understand our expectations, embrace our values, and put them into practice. The Supplier Code of Conduct continues to outline our expectations and standards for ethical conduct, with which all Suppliers, their subcontractors, and their respective workforces must comply when working for or on behalf of Emilia Engineering.

Being Registered Implies No Promise of a Contract(s)

Registration allows Emilia Engineering to more easily identify potential suppliers who may want to choose to participate in a sourcing event and compete for work. Contract awards follows an established procedures for competitive bidding, evaluation and negotiation. The steps in the competitive bidding process include a thorough financial and quality assurance evaluation to ensure suitability with standards of excellence. Registration does not imply a promise to either include a supplier in a sourcing event or enter into a contract(s) for work.
